Fun Diving

This is a course designed for certified divers.

The beautiful and magnificent ocean of Ishigaki Island awaits you!!

There are many diving shops on this island, but there are only few shops in the northern area.

The northern area, where our shop is located, is far from the urban area of the island. So the diving area and diving sites we cover differs from the areas the shops in the southern area (urban area) cover.

As there are only few diving shops in this area, not as many divers have stepped foot in our beautiful ocean.

Here are 3reasons why you want to dive with us !!

1.The beautiful and relaxing scenery of the coral reefs

It is said there are more than 100 species of coral living around Ishigaki island. We have many diving sites with reefs covered by beautiful, brightly colored coral. The relaxing and beautiful coral reefs never fail to astound our divers. We are sure that you will enjoy the breathtaking view of the underwater garden!!

2.High Manta ray encounter rate

Ishigaki island has one of the highest encounter rates with manta rays.

Manta rays are, for sure, one on the most popular underwater specie in Ishigaki. Watching them swim elegantly through the ocean is an experience you will never forget. Sometimes they swim by so close that you can almost touch them! Manta ray encounter is surely an exciting experience that you want to experience!

The best season for watching manta rays here in Ishigaki is May to October.

3.Great visibility and “Ishigaki blue” ocean

The ocean of Ishigaki has a very beautiful blue color – “ishigaki blue”. The visibility is great with an average of 20m and sometimes up to 30m. Because we only have few diving shops in the northern area, compared to the diving sites near the urban area, we have fewer divers entering our diving sites. Therefore we have beautiful untouched underwater worlds, waiting for you to dive.

Schedule

This is an example schedule of an usual day at S2 Club ☺

7:30~8:00　　We will pick you up at your hotel and head to our shop.

8:00~8:30　　Arrive at our shop located in the Ibaruma Area!! Fill out your application forms and put together your diving gears.

8:30~9:00　　To our boat!! Set up your gear and get ready to dive!

9:00~9:30　　Enjoy your boat ride and the beautiful ocean of Ishigaki Island!

9:30~15:30　 We usually go on 3 diving tours without returning to the port. After 2 diving tours, we will have lunch on our boat.

(If the sea condition is not suitable for lunch on the boat, we may go back to the port and have lunch)

(Or if we have guests who are only going on 2 diving tours, we will go back to the port after 2 dives.)

※The time we return to our shop differs according to which diving point we go diving, but we usually get back around 14:30~15:30 (sometimes around 16:30 depending on sea condition and the number of guests).

☆ We have Enriched Air Tanks (10L) for ¥1,100/tank.

☆ If you would like photos of your tour, please contact your instructor before leaving the shop. Your instructor can take pictures of you during the tour!!

If you wish to purchase the photos, it is ¥2,000/day for all the photo data.

※We ask all of our customers to each have a Diving Computer when diving.

Please check the scuba medical questionnaire that asks about medical conditions that could be a problem while diving and will determine if you need to be evaluated by a physician before being able to scuba dive. If the doctor approves, or none of the conditions applied to you, you’re ready to start!

Cancel Policy

We require 2 days cancellation notice prior to your scheduled arrival date, otherwise we will charge you a cancellation fee as below.

3~ days prior to reservation	no cancel fee will be charged
2~1 day prior to reservation	50% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel 2~1 day prior to your scheduled arrival date.
scheduled arrival date	100% of your total amount will be charged if you cancel on your scheduled arrival date or No show.
