Discover Scuba Diving<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Discover Scuba Diving is a program for those who have never tried scuba diving before, or who are not yet certified.<\/p>\n

It is a short try-diving experience for adults and children aged 10+<\/strong><\/span>. <\/span><\/p>\n

This course introduces you to the basics of scuba diving without certifying you as a diver.<\/p>\n

The northern area, where our shop is located, is far from the urban area of the island. So the diving area and diving sites we cover differs from the areas the shops in the southern area (urban area) cover.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The northern area of Ishigaki Island is known for its beautiful coral and colorful tropical fishes. I’m sure you would want to see the beautiful ocean and gorgeous sea life when going on the diving tour so doesn’t it sound like a perfect choice?<\/p>\n

Because we only have few diving shops in the northern area, compared to the diving sites near the urban area, we have fewer divers entering our diving sites. Therefore we have beautiful untouched underwater worlds<\/span><\/strong>, waiting for you to dive.<\/p>\n

As there are only few diving shops in this area, not as many divers have stepped foot in our beautiful ocean.<\/p>\n

You might be able to meet the famous NEMO (clownfish) or if you are lucky a cute sea turtle might swim by during your diving tour!<\/p>\n

Schedule<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

This is an example schedule of an usual day at S2 Club <\/b>\u263a<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

7:30~8:00\u3000\u3000<\/strong>We will\u00a0pick you up at your hotel and head to our shop.<\/p>\n

8:00~9:00\u3000\u3000<\/b>Arrive at our shop located in the Ibaruma Area!! Fill out your application forms.<\/p>\n

Your instructor will explain important points you want to remember when going on a diving tour.<\/p>\n

9:00~9:30\u3000\u3000<\/b>To our boat!!\u00a0Get ready to dive!<\/p>\n

9:30~10:30\u3000 \u00a0<\/b>Enjoy your boat ride! After arriving at diving point, we will go on a warm-up snorkeling tour. (depending on the condition, we may skip snorkeling.)<\/p>\n

11:00~15:30\u3000 \u00a0<\/b>We usually go on all<\/strong>\u00a0diving tours without returning<\/b> to the port. After 1 diving tour, we will have lunch on our boat<\/b>.<\/p>\n

(If the sea condition is not suitable for lunch on the boat, we may go back to the port and have lunch)<\/p>\n

(For guests going on 1 diving tour, lunch will not be served and will return to our shop around noon.)<\/p>\n

\u203bThe time we return<\/b> to our shop differs according to which diving point we go diving<\/b>, but we usually get back around 14:30~15:30 (sometimes around 16:30 depending on sea condition and the number of guests).<\/p>\n
